Phone Consultation Service
Phone consultations are available throughout the State of Hawaii on all islands – Hawaii, Maui, Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, and Lanai.
Phone consultations are available for
- UTIs
- Paxlovid prescriptions for COVID-19
- Seasick/nausea medicines for ocean sightseeing tours
- Medication refills (non-narcotic)
- Other minor issues that do not require an in-person visit with a physician
- Skin issues with photo/video (book the ‘complex phone consultation’)
We offer two types of phone consultations.
All services must be booked online. Upon booking, physician will immediately be notified of your request.
URGENT CARE SERVICES AVAILABLE AT YOUR LOCATION
BASIC
$100
(Minor complaints like UTIs, COVID-19 Paxlovid prescriptions, or non-narcotic medication refills that take up to 10 minutes.)
COMPLEX
$200
(Video or photo consultation for skin issues, or more complicated medical needs that don’t require an in-person visit. Up to 30 minutes.)
